Last week I wrote a letter so boring, and long, I decided, I can’t send this, it would be wrong.

It was all about the family, how Kassie broke her leg, don’t ask, I won’t tell you, not even if you beg.

How grandson Tyler who is three, learned from his Dad "to go behind the tree"

Kryston’s brown eyes & curly hair, but I knew you would not care,

How, Anita moved to Hot Springs, how much sadness all that brings

About Alica going to college, and EMT ing", while getting knowledge,

I told about our sons, their jobs and their fun,

"DeAnn", -Karen’s new last name, --, this for business, not for fame.

I told about many trips we went on, - Laughlin, D.C., Norsk Fest,

Now the details are all gone.

What I shall mention, being this was my intention

Was we had a great year, one we shall always hold dear,

Now don’t you fear, the end of this letter is almost here.
